The theme of this wonderful wedding was Past. Present and Future. This beautiful couple wanted to celebrate their past relationship (the dating years), their present life together and their commitment to one another to share the future. The brides wedding band had the theme engraved on it. how special is that.
The day couldn’t have been more perfect for an outdoor ceremony over Fort Lauderdale waters. All the designs were customed made by me, Tangela Cummings, for this event. What is truly unique is the 25ft, custom design aisle runner that the bride walked down. Al the guest rec’d white wedding parsols that served as the seating card for the reception and shade for the outside ceremony.
I went with a slight asian flare for the room design and concept. I simply accomplished this by using takeout boxes with custom printed ribbon and filling each pail with chocolate dipped, pink fortune cookies that included a special message from the bride and groom. Of course this would not be a Tangela Cummings Weddings without BLING!
I opted for the clear table and a crystal teared curtain as my focal point in the room.
I would like to thank all the great vendors that teamed up with me to make this event spectacular:
Harold from Drummer Boy Sound – You always do a fabulous job and make me look good.
Andy from Studio Andy Weddings for the awesome decor pics – You always rock!
Sandra from Flowers by Sandra – You made this so easy on me. The client was extremely happy with your work. Thanks for doing a great job! I really enjoyed working with you and your team.
Shawn from Drape Works for a great draping job as always.
Finally, but not least, to the Hilton staff and the best hotel event coordinator, Gaylene. – You are the best to work with. Thanks girly!
